Ian spent over 20 years in the newspaper world, with a strong background in information technology and systems. He's calm under pressure, sharp with details, and has a natural ability to troubleshoot and find smart solutions when things get tricky.

Shannon comes from a background in marketing, advertising, and design. She's spent years helping businesses stand out and connect with the right audience, and now she brings that same creative eye and strategy to real estate. Whether it's staging a home for sale or helping clients envision what's possible in a space, she knows how to make things shine.

We're not afraid of hard work or messy situations, we actually thrive in them. We're the type of people who stay late to get things done right, double-check the small stuff, and stay in close communication every step of the way.
